Auckland Adventure Jet Ltd reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather or unsafe conditions.
In this event alternative arrangements will be made to accommodate our passengers in the form of re-booking or a full refund. At least 24hrs of notice must be given for customer cancellation to be valid for refund. If cancellation is within 24hrs of booking a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Once an Auckland Adventure Jet Ltd product has been booked and paid for this is non transferrable and non refundable unless authorized by management at their discretion or due to operator cancellation as stated above.
Refunds by the operator are only applicable if payment was originally direct to Auckland Adventure Jet. Refunds to credit cards must be done at the Auckland Adventure Jet Portacom at Pier 3a in Auckland City with original card paid with present or a New Zealand bank account number must be provided for direct debit.. Selling agents must be contacted individually by customer and their refund policies will apply.
All other refunds are reviewed by management on a case by case basis and we have the right to refuse a refund if we see the reasoning as invalid. If applicable a refund request form will be issued.
