Auckland Adventure Jet 2022 Ltd (“the Operator”) values your patronage and aims to deliver a memorable, safe, and enjoyable experience. By engaging in our activities, you (“the passenger”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in adventure activities inherently involves risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, releasing the Operator, its officers, employees, subsidiaries, and related companies from liability for any resulting personal injury, death, property loss or damage, negligence, or other harm.
2. Binding Agreement: Your successors, executors, administrators, and next of kin are bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Jurisdiction and Indemnity: New Zealand laws and courts govern these terms. You agree not to pursue litigation in any other jurisdiction regarding the risks outlined in clause 1 and indemnify the Operator against such claims. Any liability attributed to the Operator is limited to the activity’s price.
4. Physical Fitness: You affirm your physical fitness and confirm the absence of medical conditions that may worsen during the activity.
5. Medical Treatment Consent: In case of injury, accident, or illness during the activity, you consent to receive medical treatment and indemnify the Operator against related claims.
6. Recording Prohibition: Use of recording devices during the activity is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. The Operator may record the activity, and you consent to its unrestricted use.
7. Compliance and Conduct: You agree to follow the driver/guide’s instructions and ensure any accompanying children do the same. The Operator reserves the right to refuse participation to any passenger deemed non-compliant or unsuitable.
8. Non-transferability: This voucher is non-transferable and represents services provided by the Operator.
9. Price Confirmation: Fares and tariffs are accurate at the voucher’s issue date. Any subsequent price increases are the customer’s responsibility.
10. Operator Cancellations: The Operator may cancel or alter services due to weather, insufficient reservations, or unforeseen circumstances. The Operator is not liable for resulting losses or expenses.
11. Booking Alterations and Refunds:
    • Changes or cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation incur no charge.
    • Changes within 24 hours are at the Operator’s discretion and may involve a fee of up to 100% of the activity’s price.
    • Unused reservations without notification are considered used.
    • Vouchers expire within 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
12. Exception Policy: Any exceptions to these terms are solely at the Operator’s discretion.
